DHM (Diploma in Halal Industry Management)


The aim of this programme is to produce graduate with the competitive knowledge, principles and skills in terms of theoretical and practical foundation for a career in Halal Management. This programme provides students with high-quality teaching and learning experiences that are relevant to Halal management careers, develop course specific knowledge and understanding appropriate to careers in Halal management, including the essentials of understanding Halal management, the study of organizations, their management and the changing environment in which they operate by developing the basic capacity for critical analysis, evaluation and synthesis, through encouraging creativity and developing appropriate research, communication and quantitative skills and applying the knowledge to a wide range of situations.



DHM (Diploma in Halal Industry Management)



2 Year 8 Months



Part-time students must be 16 years old and above and possess one of the following:

  • 3 credit ‘O’ level
  • 2 credit ‘O’ level with 3 years working experience
  • 1 credit ‘O’ level with 5 years working experience




  • Monthly fees – SGD 180 / month*

  • Registration fee – SGD 100*

  • Examination fee – SGD 120/ module*

  • Material fee – TBA

Graduates with good academic results may further their studies at IIUM, UiTM, USIM or any local and international institution of higher learning offers for Bachelor in Halal Management.



Upon completion on this programme, graduates are able to position themselves in Islamic Religious Department in numerous possible carrer paths such as Food & Beverages Industry, Halal Product & Services Entreprenuer, and Health Inspector/dietary controller.
