PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

This programme provides systematic Quranic memorization with techniques and proper recitation of the Quran for children aged between 4 and 6 years old.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Aims to inculcate the love of the Quran amongst children
To offer one of the simple ways to learn the Quran
To produce generation of Quran literates

PROGRAMME OUTCOMES

Student will be able to memorize a total of 38 surah after the 3 years programme
Student will be able to read the Quran fluently

LEARNING METHODS

Use of the Talqeen method throughout the book. Talqeen method (teacher reads and student repeats) is the best known method to develop proper pronunciation and fluency in the reading.
To be effective, the following rules must be adhered to by students: listening, repeating and reading.
Introducing at least one verse per day to memorize
Group and one-to-one session
Daily revision
